Brian Klinger

Mr. Brian K. Klinger, age 37, of Altoona, Pa died at 9:00 PM, Monday, February 19, 2018 at UPMC - Altoona as a result of a cardiac arrest.

Mr. Klinger was born in Tyrone on March 12, 1980, son of Kenneth F. and Deborah A. (Stoltz) Klinger. He married Diana L. Hale March 3, 2012 in Virginia Beach, VA.

He was employed as a maintenance man and  groundskeeper at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Catholic Church with two years of service. He previously worked for Fiore Furniture.

He was a member of St. Therese of the Child Jesus Catholic Church, Altoona.

Brian is survived by his wife and son Owen A. Klinger, at home; his parents; a brother Matthew B.Klinger of Altoona, Pa; mother-in-law Joyce M. Hale; two brothers-in-law, Lewis H. Hale and Alvin M. Hale Jr., all of Altoona, Pa. He was a loyal and loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. He would do anything for the ones that he loved.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Catholic Church, Altoona at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 23, 2018 with Fr. D.Timothy Grimme and Fr. Jonathan Dickson concelebrating.

Committal rites will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Altoona, Pa.

Friends will be received Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 4 - 8 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home where a Vigil for the Deceased will be held during the visitation.
