Richard Johnson

Mr. Richard D. "Rich" Johnson, 63, of Duncansville, Pa. died at 7:06 PM, Friday, January 30, 2015 at his residence.

Mr. Johnson was born in Altoona, Pa. on August 8, 1951, son of the late Herry and Edna (Drenning) Johnson. He married Debbie K. Ritchey June 26, 1976 in Altoona.

He was a self-employed owner at Rick Johnson Seamless Flooring since 1975 Duncansville, Pa.

He was of the Protestat Faith.

Rick was a 1970 graduate of Altoona Area High School. He was a Life member of the Bavarian Aide Society. He enjoyed attending high school basketball games and Little League Baseball games, attending Antique car shows with his best friend Ray Hess. He was an avid Pittsburg Steelers and Pirates Fan. He wil be missed by his constant companions, Ruger and Colt.

He is survived by his wife and a daughter Kristy R (Bob cannistraci) Johnson, of Fallentimber, Pa. sister Louise Fenell, of Winterville, OH; bother-in-law Pete (Alice) Ritchey, of Hollidaysburg, Pa. sister-in-law Sunsan Bloom, bother-in-law Jeff Bloom both od Duncansville, Pa. He was preceded in death by 5 silblings Charles, Arthur and Raymond Johnson, Louella Cataldo and Barbara Ashburn.

A Funeral Service will be celebrated at Jones Funeral Home, Altoona, Pa. at 8:30PM on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 with Rev. Stewart McClelland officiating.

Interment is private at convenience of the Family at Alto Reste Park Cemetery Altoona, Pa.

Friends will be received Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 5-8 PM at Jones Funeral Home.
