Sara Kondrat

Mrs. Sara Ann "Nonie" Kondrat, 83, of Altoona, PA died Saturday, September 5, 2015 at her residence, after an extended illness.

Mrs. Kondrat was born in Stroudsburg, PA on January 1, 1932, daughter of the late James and Mary (Ace) Kulp. She married Joseph Robert Kondrat April 13, 1953 in Passaic, N.J. He died September 20, 2012.

She last worked as a Security Guard at ADT Security, Clifton, N.J. Previously she was a Crossing Guard and Meter Maid in Bayville, N.J.

Sara Ann was of the Protestant Faith and a member of Senior Life.

Nonie is survived by a daughter Mary Ann Unger of Altoona with whom she resided. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren Christian Pound, Nicole Welch, Walter Findeis Jr., Ian & Austin Unger. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Jennifer Wilson, a sister Helen Nemic and a bother Robert Kulp.

At the family's request there will be no vistation or services.
