George Mcgraw Ii

George Irvin McGraw II, 68, Altoona, died Monday at UPMC Altoona after an extended illness. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Edward F. and Betty Jane (McGregor) McGraw.

George retired in January 2018 as a produce worker at Weis Market, Altoona, with 20 years of service.

He was of the Catholic faith.

George was a 1972 graduate of Altoona Area High School.

He is survived by a brother, Edward Patrick (Sharon) McGraw; and a sister, Susan M. (John) Maurer, both of Altoona. George is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister: Michael and Dennis McGraw and Trudy Cupples.

There will be no public visitation. Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Jones Funeral Home, Altoona.

Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Altoona.
